Pureformer can also help when input / output incom-
patibilities exist. Audio inputs and outputs are almost
always designed as AC coupled. This means that DC
voltage differences are isolated from each other, even
though the grounds are connected . In some cases,
you may find equipment that is DC coupled. If both
input and output are DC coupled, the signal will easily
distort, break-up, or simply disappear. Pureformer
safely isolates any combination of AC and DC coupled
inputs and outputs.
