Care & Cleaning
Avoid dropping the adapter on hard surfaces and take care not to
crush the device if it is packed in a rucksack or case. The device is not
waterproof and should not be submerged in water. It will resist some
moisture but should not be left out in very rainy or snowy conditions.
Avoid subjecting the device to extreme changes of temperature.
To clean the adapter, gently remove excess dirt and dust using
compressed air, a blower brush or lint-free cloth. More stubborn marks
may be removed using a slightly damp cloth or toothbrush. Do not use
detergent, liquid soap or other stringent cleaning fluids of any kind on
the adapter.
Warranty and Repair
The adapter is guaranteed for up to 2 years under the following
conditions:
In the case of defects attributable to faulty processing or materials,
we will assume responsibility for material costs and will replace the
adapter after inspection.
We will accept no liability for damage to your person, any phone
and its digital content (including media) used in the adapter or to the
adapter itself caused by incorrect use, water penetration or for any
repairs or actions which have been carried out by third parties.
The neck strap is excluded from the guarantee.
This guarantee is in addition and does not affect your statutory rights.
