Attach Inner Baffle & Front face to the Softbox
19. With both the front face and inner baffle attached, the light
will be softest. For a little more contrast, try using just the
baffle. The baffle installs to the Velcro ® tabs (Figs. 20-21)
20. The front face diffuser is rimmed with Velcro ® that attaches
to its counterpart lining at the front of the OctoDome.
Starting at any corner, press the face diffuser in place
working your way around the circumference (Figs. 22-23)
21. The front face is usually best when attached halfway into
the Velcro ® section. When using the optional grid, it may
be preferred to leave more Velcro ® showing for the grid.
Using Optional Accessories (Not Included)
22. For added control of your light, softbox grids can be used.
The grid will attach using Velcro ® in front of your diffusion
face (Fig. 24).
