apparatus (including am plifiers) that produce heat.
9) D o not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized
plug has tw o blades w ith one w ider than the other. A grounding plug-type plug has tw o
blades and a third grounding prong. The w ide blade or the third prong are provided for
your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for
replacem ent of the obsolete outlet.
10) Protect the pow er cord from being w alked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point w here they exit from the apparatus.
11) O nly use attachm ents/accessories specified by the m anufacturer.
12) U nplug this apparatus during lightning storm s or w hen unused for long periods of tim e.
13) R efer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required w hen the apparatus
has been dam aged in any w ay, such as w hen the pow er-supply cord or plug is dam aged,
liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been
exposed to rain or m oisture, does not operate norm ally, or has been dropped.
The appliance shall not be exposed to drippng or splashing w ater and that no object
filled w ith liquid such as vases shall be placed on the apparatus.
