ORBIT/FR Z-Roll Units
DESCRIPTION:
Z-Roll units add two axes to planar scanners: the Z axis allows for adjustment of
the probe distance from the AUT while the Roll axis allows the user to align the
polarization of the probe with the AUT and change orientation when using
single-polarization probes.
APPLICATIONS:
