If this occurs, you need to elevate your status with administrative permissions. Use one of
the following methods to gain access to the Text Viewer installer:

Log in to your computer using the local "administrator" account. Thereafter,
browse to the executable on your hard drive or on the CD-ROM, and then
double-click the installer executable.
• Using the CD, browse to the installer executable, right-click setup.exe, and then
select Run as administrator. You will need to enter administrative login
information.

Using the downloaded executable, right-click JeppesenTextViewerSetup.exe,
and select Run as administrator. You will need to enter administrative login
information.
If you are trying to install the Text Viewer on a corporate computer, please contact your
network administrator for administrative permission.
Windows 2000 and XP
For Windows 2000 and XP, follow these steps to confirm administrative rights:
1. Right-click My Computer on your desktop and choose Manage from the shortcut
menu.
2. In the left pane, expand System Tools, and then click Local Users and Groups.

In the right pane, double-click Groups.
4. Double-click Administrators. If your account has administrator rights, it appears in
the Members section. If your account is not annotated, click Add and enter the
account name that you want to assign administrative privileges.
