Plug each split end to a siamese power cable connected to the
camera. Repeat step for all cameras.

Your DVR will automatically choose your BNC out as primary
output device if BNC is connected pre-boot up.
Connect the last splitter cable into the power 12VDC adapter
and connect the other end on the rear panel of the DVR.
Connect the mouse cable to the Mouse USB port in the
real panel of DVR.
Switch the ON button to boot up your DVR.
Select and follow the steps in your on screen start up wizard
