The hourly actigraphy* view provides a summary of your
sleep and activity levels.
Active: Displays your activity levels while
awake. Bars represent three categories:
Normal, Active and Very Active
Sleep: Displays your sleep levels.
Bars represent three categories:
Light, Medium and Deep Sleep.
