5. Reinstall the rear MEC bracket and system cooling fan.
6. Reinstall the MECs and the microprocessor/heat sink assembly.
7. Reinstall all the expansion cards and AGP Pro card brace.
8. Reconnect all the system board cables.
9. Rotate the processor cover back into place, making sure that the securing tab snaps into place.
Replace all four thumbscrews that hold the processor cover and microprocessor/heat sink assembly to the system board.
10. Replace the computer cover, connect all cables and peripherals, and turn them on.
11. Run System Setup to ensure that your settings are correct and that all system board components are correctly reported.
12. Run the Dell Diagnostics to verify that the new system board and components are operating correctly.
