Troubleshooting
Division Symptom Cause Solution
The battery power is flat.
Recharge the battery pack, or replace
with a new battery pack.
No power.
The battery pack has not been
inserted correctly.
Reinsert the battery pack, making sure
to orient it correctly.
The camera
turns off by itself.
Turn off automatically if no
operation over 3 minutes.
Battery pack is not properly
inserted.
Reinsert the battery pack.
Power
Not charging
Battery pack is out of order. Replace with a new battery pack.
Beep sound The battery power runs low. Recharge the battery pack, or replace.
Shooting Camera does not
operate.
The maximum number of
images or video clip recording
memory has been consumed.
Install a new card, or erase the images
that are not necessary. Save the
images to separate media that you
want.
No playback
images appear.
The mode is not to set play
mode.
Set the main mode to play.
Can’t play
downloaded file.
File format is not correct.
Please change the codec to Xvid
format for movie file and the file format
to jpeg format.

The TV system setting is not

Set the TV system to your TV system,

No card There is no SD card.
Turn off the power and insert a new
SD card.
SD card is on the protected

images. An image file is on the
