エンジンチューニングによるエンジン回転や燃焼圧力の上昇でコンロッドボルトの負荷は著しく上がります。
また、ロングストローク化したチューニングエンジンはピストンスピードが上昇し、
さらに過酷な負荷条件がかかります。
強化コンロッドボルトはクロモリ8740を使用して、ヘッド部に鍛造製法、ねじ部は熱処理後、
転造する特殊製法を採用しました。ノーマルコンロッドを用いたチューニングエンジンの信頼性の向上や、
一般のエンジンオーバーホールなど幅広く使用できる強化品です。

Load forces increase substantially on the connecting rod bolts when tuned engines are producing
more power, at high engine speeds. With the increase in piston speed, the engine will experience
severe load conditions. These reinforced connecting rod bolts are forged from 8740 chromoly. The
threaded portion has received specialized surface treatment as well. This product is designed to
increase the strength and reliability of the stock connecting rods.
