EJ20はエンジンチューニングを進めていくとクランクケースの強度不足や、
オイルキャビテーションによるオイルパン内のオイル不足が発生します。
TOMEIバッフルステフナーは２重構造により、左右のクランクケースを結合し、
強度を向上させるとともに、オイルの偏りを防ぎます。

The EJ20 and Ej25 engines tend to have 2 common problems when you start to make
more power from this engine. Firstly the crankcase is well known for its lack of strength
due to the design nature. Secondly oil cavitations are also a common problem which will
deprive the supply of oil to the bearings and cause serious engine problems.
The TOMEI Baffle Stiffener is a heavy duty twin plate design to that addresses and
resolves both issues with a single product. The oil issues are corrected with the baffle
plate and strength is added to both the left and right side crank cases with the stiffener
plate.
