【INSTALLATION PROCEDURE】
1. Using the image below as a reference, remove the stud bolt on the turbine using
the two included hex nuts.
2. Insert Downpipe B through the Clamp Band (Part ⑦) and then insert into Downpipe A
Test fit the assembly to the turbine with the included gasket. Use the supplied Cap Bolt
and Disc Spring in place of the removed stud and reuse the stock nuts and bolts for
the remaining fixings.
※Use the supplied gasket (Part ①), Cap Bolt (Part ③), Disc Spring (Part ④)
3. Using the supplied bolts, nuts and gaskets, test fit the assembly to the muffler.
Then, test fit the bracket using the stock bolts.
※Use the supplied gasket (Part ②), Flange Bolt (Part ⑤) Flange Nut (Part ⑥),
Clamp Band (Part ⑦)
4. Ensure there is sufficient clearance from other parts. Then, working from the front to
the rear, completely tighten down the bolts in order. The clamp band should be tightened
down last.
Torque specifications Cap Bolts, Flange Nuts (Part ③,⑥) [34～39Nm (3.5～4.0kgf-m)]
Stock Turbo Bolts & Nuts [34～39N・m(3.5～4.0kgf-m)]
Remove using the
'double nut'
Stock Turbo Bolts & Nuts [34 39N m(3.5 4.0kgf m)]
Stock Bracket Bolt [36N・m(3.7kgf-m)]
Clamp Band （Part ⑦） [25N·m(2.6kgf-m)]
5. When not attaching an A/F meter, install the copper washer (Part ⑨) and blind plug (Part ⑧)
Torque specifications Blind Plug （Part ⑧） [40～50N·m(4.1～5.0kgf-m)]
CAUTION
・Depending on the vehicle, the o2 sensor and heat shield may become too close.
In such a case, please adjust/modify accordingly.
・Ensure sufficient clearance and correct fitment has been achieved before tightening
down the nuts and bolts completely.
In some cases, there may be insufficient clearance due to differences in vehicle
specification. In such a case, loosen the bolts of each component and adjust
the product until sufficient clearance is achieved before re-tightening down all the bolts.
・Using the product whilst there is oil or other debris on it can cause blemishes or
burn marks.
・Ensure that appropriate thermal insulation is installed for the parts and intended use
of the vehicle. Ensure all parts are degreased after installation.
5. Reconnect the battery's negative terminal.
