R34 GT-Rはエンジンの要求燃料流量によって、フューエルポンプの吐出量を変化させています。
これは騒音および消費電力低減を図るため、フューエルポンプコントロールモジュレーターにより
エンジンの回転数・負荷に応じてフューエルポンプにかかる電流を増減し、吐出量を3段階に
コントロールします。しかし、エンジンチューニングを進めていく過程でECUのデータ変更などを
した場合、このフューエルポンプコントロールモジュレーターにノーマル状態と異なる信号が
送られてしまうため、フューエルポンプへ適正な電流を供給できなくなり、安定した燃圧を
保てなくなることがあります。TOMEIフューエルポンプリレーハーネスは、
バッテリーから直接電流を取ることで、安定したフューエルポンプの吐出量を得るための
ハーネスキットです。これにより常に適正な燃圧を確保する事ができ、
インジェクター本来の能力を生かしたセッティングが可能になります。

The R34 GTR fuel flow rate is only suited for the stock fuel pump. The stock setup is to help
reduce operational noise and fuel consumption, which regulates the fuel pumps rotational
speed. This allows the Fuel pump to have 3 regulated discharge flow rates. When reflashing the
ECU or using an aftermarket ECU, this system can cause fuel starvation to the engine, which
will hinder consistent fuel pressure supply.
By taking direct power from the battery, the TOMEI fuel pump relay harness kit will allow the
appropriate power to supply the fuel pump to maintain stable supply.
This will now correct the issues before and will optimise even the stock injectors performance.
