DUAL LIGHT WIRING HARNESS

SUMMARY & BENEFITS:

This installation is applicable to Trail Tech light installation, as well as other 12V accessories.

• The provided ring terminals are intended for connection to a battery.
• The switch can be bypassed by plugging the two switch bullets together (the outputs of the harness will then always be on.)

BENEFITS:

• No cutting or splicing required. Adds clean wire harness to bike - directly from lights to battery with fuse and switch.

INSTALLATION:

STEP 1: Determine location for lights to be mounted, and for

switch to be installed.

STEP 2: REMOVE THE FUSE FROM THE WIRING

HARNESS. DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL OF
THE BATTERY.

STEP 3: Route wiring harness to battery, switch, and light

locations. Verify wire lengths are long enough before installing
switch or lights.

STEP 4: Mount lights per instructions included with lights. If

installing an optional switch, mount the switch per instructions
included with switch.

STEP 5: Connect wiring harness to lights. The black wires

should match, and the yellow wires of the harness should
connect with the +12V input (Red) of the lights.

STEP 6: Connect the switch to the wiring harness. The

wiring harness red wire is +12V constant, and the wiring
harness yellow wire is the output feeding the lights.

STEP 7: Connect the wiring harness to the battery.

Connect the positive (red) lead first and the negative
(black) lead second. Reconnect the negative terminal of the
battery.

STEP 8: Install the fuse into the wiring harness.
