Troubleshooting
[f you've experienced any of the following difficulties while using your
phone, use this troubleshooting guide to help you remedy the
problem. Should any problem persist, consult your nearest Sony
dealer.

You hear no dial tone. • Make sure the telephone line cord is securely
connected to the telephone outlet.
The telephone does not connect • Make sure the dial mode is set correctly (page 11).

no phone number has been stored.
One-touch dialing is incorrect. • Store the correct number (page 19).
