Charge the battery before use. When taking photographs on important occasions, ready a
spare EN-EL15 battery and keep it fuiiy charged. Depending on your iocation, it may be
difficuit to purchase repiacement batteries on short notice. Note that on coid days, the
capacity of batteries tends to decrease. Be sure the battery is fuiiy charged before taking
photographs outside in coid weather. Keep a spare battery in a warm piace and exchange
the two as necessary. Once warmed, a coid battery may recover some of its charge.
Used batteries are a vaiuabie resource; recycie in accord with iocai reguiations.
