How to Check the Battery
To check the charge level of the battery,
pren the battery check button on the top of
the carr>era vrhile watching the meter needle
in the viewfinder. If the meter needle rest»
below or coincides with the index opposite
the S.6 f/stop, the power level U sufficient.
If the needle rests above the irtdex. replace
the benery with a new one of the prescribed
type. When a new battery with full voltage
h
used, the needle will swing below the 4
f/stop. The weaker the battery, the closer
the needle comes to the index
• If the meter needle fails to stabilize
within about three secornls. the battery is
near exhaustion and should be replaced.
