4 Make sure the film perforations are en
gaged with the sprocket teeth. Then close the
back cover.
5 Turn the mode selector ® to "ON."

Press the shutter button 0> while keeping
an eye on the film transport indicator ® ,
until the frame counter
o
reaches "1." If the
indicator jiggles, the film is transporting pro
perly. If it stays still, open the back cover and
reload the film.
