3) Press the shutter button halfway and
check
the
viewfinder’s
exposure
display.
4) Press the shutter button completely to
take the picture.
Exposure confirmation
If the exposure display blinks, an incor
rect exposure will occur. For extremely
bright scenes, attach an ND (neutral den
sity) light-reduction filter to the lens. In in
door situations or at night, use a flash.
Six-second timer
If you release the shutter button after
pressing it halfway, the viewfinder’s
exposure display will stay lit for approx-
imafely six seconds.
