Description

Functional Description

The CNXFZ is designed to provide network control of a remotely positioned video
camera site. Control is defined as the two-axis motion of the focus/zoom setting and
iris control of a camera lens.

Jumper Boards

Four supplied jumper boards permit the support of any lens assembly requiring an
input voltage in the range of +/-2.5 to +/- 12 VDC. Thus a single CNXFZ with its
four jumpers can control nearly any lens in the industry. Refer to the table below for
exact voltage outputs for each jumper board.

NOTE: If no jumper board is connected to the CNXFZ, the lens outputs are
disconnected.
