„ RS485 Interface
To connect the RS485 PTZ camera, user needs to use a RS485 to RS232 converter
(optical accessory). The RS485 to RS232 might look similar as below shown.

To purchase the RS232 to RS485 converter, please contact your local sales dealer.
1. Using the screwdriver to press down the orange tenon and insert the wire cable of the
RS232 extension cable into the pin hole of the I/O terminal on the DVR. When the wire
cable is inserted in the end of the pin hole, release the orange tenon to fix the wire
cable.

2. Set the DIP switch of the RS232 to RS485 converter at 2-wire RS485 setting.
3. Connect the RS232 extension cable with the RS232 connector of the RS232 to RS485
converter.
