The 820982 and 820998 (electrical and mechanical identical products) PCI Riser – Flex – 2slot w. arbiter
can be used for 986LCD-M, KT690, KT965, KTUS15, KTGM45 KTQ45 and KTQ67 families of boards (slot 1
only) in order to expand a single PCI slot to two PCI slots. This flexible Riser card is RoHS compliant and
can make the complete system (Motherboards and PCI cards) fit into a 1U enclosure.
The PCI Riser consists of two parts combined with 2 pieces of 50mm cable. One part is to be plugged into
the PCI slot on motherboard and the other part contains the two PCI slots.
The spacing between the two PCI slots is 20.3 mm and the height above PCB of the PCI slots is 15.5mm.
The position of the PCI-slots pin 1 (in mm) are: PCI1-[X, Y] = [17.2, 16.8] and PCI2-[X, Y] = [17.2, 37.1].
Between the two PCI slots there is a dual pin-row connector for selecting the AD number.
The four mounting holes have Diameter 3.2mm.
A single jumper shall be mounted in the pin-row connector depending on the actual Motherboard.
For 986LCD-M family of boards AD20 shall be selected.
For KT690 family of boards AD30 shall be selected. (BIOS version 0.6 or higher)
For KT965 family of boards AD30 shall be selected. (BIOS version 14 or higher)
For KTUS15 family of boards AD30 shall be selected. (BIOS version 07 or higher)
For KTGM45 family of boards AD30 shall be selected. (BIOS version 05 or higher)
For KTQ45 family of boards AD30 shall be selected. (BIOS version 09 or higher)
For KTQ67 family of boards AD30 shall be selected. (BIOS version 07 or higher)
