6. Attach the outside back cover. The back upholstery cover attaches to the body using fastening tape.
Pull the outside back upholstery cover down tight and firmly press the fastening tape on the outside
back cover to the fastening tape on the bottom side of the rear rail (F
IGURE 6).
7. Make the power transformer connections.
• Remove power transformer from box and unwind cord.
• Align the power transformer connector to the power supply connector from behind the chair
and push the connectors together until they lock (F
IGURE 7).
• Connect the 120 volt power cord to the power transformer. Align the 120 volt power cord connector
to the power transformer and push together until fully seated (F IGURE 7). Do not plug in until
instructed in the Operating Instructions.
8. Proceed to the Glide Adjustment Instructions, followed by the Battery Backup Assembly Instructions.
9. To remove the back, unplug the 120 volt power cord from the electrical outlet and disconnect the power
transformer connector from the power supply connector. Reverse the Assembly Instructions steps.
