̈ Unfasten and remove attachment

Step 8 (Disconnecting)
f Positive terminal with cover

̈ Disconnect battery negative lead from
negative terminal

̈ Remove the cover from positive termi-
nal

̈ Disconnect battery positive lead from
positive terminal

Step 9 (Removing)
̈ Take out battery.
Step 10 (Reinstalling)
̈ Carry out step 9 ( ୴ page 493) first and
then step 7 ( ୴ page 493), both in re-
verse order.
