Quick Reference Guide

Login Procedures

1. From the Start menu, select

All Programs » Rice

Lake Weighing Systems

» OnTrak

.

2. Type the login name and password, and press

Enter

.

Note: The default login (case-sensitive) is:

username: Administrator

password: password

Changing the Default Password

1. From the View menu, select

Users

.

2. Click on

Administrator

.

3. Click

Edit/View

.

4. Click

Set Password

.

5. Type and confirm the new password, then

click

Save

.

6. Click

Save

again.

7. Click

Close

.

Adding Users

1. From the View menu, select

Users

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Type the new user’s username.

4. Under Roles, select whether you want the user

to have administrator (full) access or user
(restricted) access.

5. If you want the user to have a password, click

Set Password

. Then, type and confirm the

password and click

Save

.

Note: If you do not specify a password, the user can log in by
entering their username and leaving the password blank.

6. When finished, click the

Save

button.

Note: To add more users, repeat steps 2-6.

7. Click

Close

.

Adding Customers

1. From the View menu, select

Customers

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Enter Customer ID (required); Name

(required); and all other information
(optional).

4. Click the

Save

button.

Note: To add additional customers, repeat steps 2-4.

5. When finished, click

Close

.

Adding Products

1. From the View menu, select

Products

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Enter Product ID (required); Name (required);

and all other information (optional).

4. Click the

Save

button.

Note: To add additional products, repeat steps 2-4.

5. When finished, click

Close

.

Adding Haulers

1. From the View menu, select

Haulers

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Enter the Name (required) and all other

information (optional).

4. Click the

Save

button.

Note: To add additional haulers, repeat steps 2-4.

5. When finished, click

Close

.

Adding Trucks

1. From the View menu, select

Trucks

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Enter the Truck ID (required) and all other

information (optional).

4. Complete the Tare and Defaults tabs

(optional).

5. Click the

Save

button.

Note: To add additional trucks, repeat steps 2-5.

6. When finished, click

Close

.

Adding Jobs

1. From the View menu, select

Jobs

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Enter the Name (required).

4. From the Customer pull-down list, select a

customer for the job.

5. Complete all other information (optional).

6. Click the

Save

button.

Note: To add additional jobs, repeat steps 2-6.

7. When finished, click Close.

Adding Discounts

1. From the View menu, select

Discounts

.

2. Click

Add

.

3. Enter the Discount Name and Rate.

4. Click the

Save

button.

Note: To add additional discounts, repeat steps 2-4.

5. When finished, click

Close
