Main Screen Soft Key
Function
Using Double Draft
When pressed, toggles to Full Draft mode.
Using Full Draft
When pressed, toggles to Double Draft mode.
Enter ID (optional)
Allows you to enter a Rail Car ID.
Enter Tare (optional)
Allows you to enter a known rail car tare weight.
Capture Rail Truck 1
Capture Rail Truck 2
When in double draft mode, pressing this softkey captures the weight of Rail Truck #1.
Pressing it a second time captures the weight of Rail Truck #2.
Setup
Enters the Setup screen, which allows the user to display the program version, set a
password, adjust the time/date, and set a minimum truck weight.
Abort Ticket
If a tare weight or car ID has been entered, this softkey appears and, when pressed, will
abort the current ticket and clear any captured/keyed weight values.

Program Version
Displays the version of RailBoss software
Set Password
Allows you to set a password or enter a new password
Set Time/Date
Adjusts the current time/date
Min. Rail Truck Wt
Sets the minimum rail truck weight. The system will not capture or print values less than
this specified weight value.
