‡

When embroidering larger or heavier pieces of fabric,

it is helpful to support the fabric on a table in front and

back of the machine.

‡

When working with specialty threads (such as metallic

threads) or designs with dense stitch areas, it is

recommended that you lower the embroidery speed.

‡

Be sure to deactivate the Thread Cutter Mode when

doing endless embroidery. This will help eliminate the

possibility of the thread coming out of the needle when

sewing the alignment stitches and long jump stitches.

‡

To change a bobbin during embroidery, raise the

needle by turning the handwheel toward you. Raise the

presser foot lifter. Remove the hoop from the machine

with the fabric remaining in the hoop. Remove the

bobbin cover plate and empty bobbin. Wind the bobbin,

insert it into the bobbin case and replace the bobbin

cover plate. Place the hoop back onto the machine.

Lower the presser foot lifter. Press the Start/Stop

button to resume embroidery.

‡

Should you find that the hoop will not release from

the machine because the back of the foot is coming

in contact with the endless hoop clamp, use Reverse/

Forward Stitch button to move to another area that will

allow you to remove the hoop. When the bobbin has

been changed, use Forward/Reverse Stitch button to

move the needle back to position and resume sewing.

If this is not possible, due to the type of design you

are embroidering, remove the presser foot and needle

to remove the hoop from the machine. Replace the

presser foot and needle to resume embroidering.
