Caution:
Water and food surfaces will become hot,
do not touch while in use.
Heat food to serving temperature using the desired heat setting.
To maintain safe food temperatures while using your buffet range
for buffet-style serving,use the LO heat setting and stir the food
occasinally to prevent sticking. Cover foods to keep them from drying out.
When not in use, be sure to turn the knob to the OFF position and
unplug the unit
.
Cleaning
Be sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.Allow the unit to
cool before cleaning.Caution:Do not immerse any part of the buffet
range in water or other liquid.
The buffet range may be wiped with a clean,damp cloth or
sponge.A mild soap solution may be used,if desired.Do not
use harsh or abrasive cleansers or steel wool on any part of the
buffet range.
To clean beneath the heating elements,be sure the unit is
unplugged and the elements have cooled.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER
OR OTHER LIQUID.
