OPERATING YOUR WINE CELLAR

Temperature Control

Setting the Temperature Control

∞ Your wine cellar has two controls for regulating the temperature of two zones. The temperature

controls are located on the upper portion of the glass door.

∞ The temperature will range from 46-65 Fahrenheit degree for both zones. When initially turned

on, the LCD will display the ambient temperature, then the internal cabinet temperature.

∞ You can set the temperature for each zone (Left and Right) as you desire by pushing the UP or

button on the control panel for each zone. The temperature that you desire to set will increase
1ºF or 1ºC if you push the U button once, on the contrary the temperature will decrease 1ºF or
1ºC if you push the button once.

∞ After you set your desired temperature, the set temperature numerals will flash for 5 seconds and

then revert to the internal cabinet temperature.

∞ You could touch to turn ON / OFF the interior light, and to change the display between

Fahrenheit and Celsius.

NOTICE:
You cannot adjust the temperature while the display is flashing. Wait until the flashing stops to
