9) Pull inlet / outlet hoses up through
pump mount hole to (top of base) to
attach hoses to pump assembly inlet
/ outlet fittings (pump is labeled in /
out). Secure hoses to pump using
5/16” hex driver bit to tighten clamp
PN 12588 to inlet of pump & clamp
PN 17498 on outlet of pump. 10) Insert pump assembly with
hoses attached in 5-3/4” hole in
base (may need to pull on ends of
both hoses in rear of base while
inserting pump in hole). Then
transfer drill through 8 holes in
pump mount plate using # 10 drill
bit & rivet pump assembly to base
using (8) rivets PN 18755. 11) Tip unit onto base & reinstall tank
/ vent pipe. Insert inlet / outlet hoses
in 2” holes drilled in rear of tank while
placing tank in base, making sure
there is no slack in the hoses.
12) Install filter PN 15143 on inlet
hose. Pull hoses through tank
opening & depress pump to
determine which of the two hoses is
the inlet hose. (may want to use a
spray lubricant on inside of hose to
ensure easy assembly). 13) Secure hose to filter using
clamp PN 12588. Insert weight PN
17331 in filter screen PN 16949 &
slide screen over filter. Secure
screen to inlet hose using wire tie
PN 11261. 14) Install elbow PN 10451 in outlet
hose (may want to use a spray
lubricant on inside of hose to ensure
easy assembly). Use clamp
PN 12588 to secure elbow to hose.
15) Turn bowl entire bowl (threaded
end of nozzle pre-assembled on
bowl) into elbow attached to outlet
hose. 16) Attach flush bowl to tank.
Loosen seat-lid screws and slide
slotted areas at rear hinge of bowl
around seat-lid screws, in-between
seat-lid and tank. Tighten screws.
♦Need to reinstall tank / roof screws: Using a 3/8” hex driver for (4) tank screws. Use T-30 torx
bit for (3) screws in front left corner of roof & (2) screws in rear left corner of a roof.
