IMPORTANT

To ensure this product is installed properly, you

must read and follow these guidelines.

The owner/user of this product must keep this

information for future reference.

Be sure your installation conforms to local codes.

This product must be installed by a professional

contractor.

Inspect this product to assure you have all parts

required for proper installation.

Use only a strap wrench or protected/smooth-jaw

wrench on any finished surface

ROUGH IN:

1. Determine the ideal location of the faucet body

based on the clients preference.

2. Finish the rough in by installing a well supported

" copper.

REQUIRED: Copper supply must be secured,

plumb, and level. See Figure 1. Failure to properly
secure the pipes will cause the faucet to sit
crooked.

" hole is cut in the mounting

surface to allow for proper mounting.

INSTALLATION:

1. Slide the escutcheon (1,2) back towards the

handle then loosen the four - 1.5 mm set screws
(16) and remove the spout adapter (3,4) from the
spout.

2. Dry fit the spout adapter onto the

" copper. Cut

the copper to the proper length by making sure
the copper does not protrude past the end of the

spout adapter.

3. Remove O-rings (4) from spout adapter, then

solder it to the copper pipe. Allow to cool and
reinstall O-rings.

4. Push the faucet onto the spout adapter and tighten

the four set screws.

5. Slide the escutcheon flush to the wall; apply

silicone to the back of the sliding escutcheon as

needed.

6. Unthread the aerator assembly (29-31) from the

spout. Carefully open the valves to flush out any
debris in the supply lines.

7. Inspect all connections for leaks. Reinstall the

aerator assembly

8. To access the valve cartridge:

a. Disassemble the index assembly (11-15) as 1

unit from the handle by lifting the ring (15) off
of the handle.

b. Insert a small bladed screw driver into the

handle and loosen the screw (10) then pull the
handle off the cartridge (6).

c. Unthread the cover (7) from the cartridge (6)

from the spout body (5).
