If the frame freezes, it is easy to restart by unplugging from power,

Why isn't the TI MELINE feature accessible for photos on my
USB drive?
The TIMELINE feature only applies to photos stored on the internal
memory Please copy any photos on the USB drive to the internal
memory if you wish to access this feature.
Why can't I tag my photos in my SD card to any albums?
Please check that your SD card is not locked because the DPF will
need to be able write information onto the files in order to tag to
Album.
