Device will not
power on
1 Hold the power button down for 2 seconds.
2. Make sure the power adapter is connected properly on
the device and at the electrical wall socket.
3. Unplug the power adapter from the device, wait 5
seconds, plug the adapter back in and press the power
button.
Nothing happens
when I insert a
Memory Card
1 This device supports following memory cards: SD, SDHC,
MMC, MMC+, MS, MS Duo and xD.
2 Make sure that the photos are in a support format.
