13. TOUCH SCREEN CARE
The D2 includes a touch screen display which with normal care will provide years of problem free
use. The D2 touch screen should only be cleaned with a soft cloth. Never use water or solvents
when attempting to clean the display.
Avoid excessive pressure to the display to prevent damage to the touch screen and the LCD
(Liquid Crystal Display). Take care to prevent impacts to the touch screen to prevent cracking the
display.
Double touch gestures such as pinching are not supported on resistive touch devices such as
found on the D2. The gentle use of a fingernail when tapping or dragging on the touch screen
may improve responsiveness.
