REQUIRED TOOLS
• (1) STANDARD 1/2" WRENCH
• (1) STANDARD 9/16" WRENCH

CASTER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using the 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" hex head screws (F), 5/16" washers (G) and 5/16"-18 flanged lock nuts (H), attach all four of
the swivel caster plates (E) and the 5" swivel casters (C) onto the deck as shown in Figure 1.
2. Using the 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4" long hex head screws (I), the 3/8" washers (J) and the 3/8"-16 flanged lock nuts (K), attach both
of the 6" rigid casters (D) onto the deck as shown in Figure 1.
3. Position the handle (B) as shown in Figure 2 and insert it into the sockets of the deck.
NOTE: Tighten all bolts securely. (Recommended: The 5/16"-18 bolts should be tightened to a torque value of 10-11 ft-lbs.
and the 3/8"-16 bolts should be tightened to a torque value of 23 ft-lbs.)
