Rowing

Increase muscle strength in your back
and shoulders by rowing with the Cal
Flex oar attachments. oars and resis-
tance bands to boost your workout are
quickly and easily attached to the built-
in receptacles on your Fitness spa.

Warming Up

Stretching and soaking in your Cal
Spas hot tub before exercising pre-
pares your body for a more effective
workout. The spa’s warm water pro-
motes increased blood circulation to
your muscles–easing stiffness and
preparing muscles for activity. Warm-

bands for walking, jogging or running
