Things You Should Know

Charge the Battery Pack

Connect and plug in the cables

as

shown.

• POWER Lamp will light.
• Disconnect DC Cable if it is connected

to AC Adaptor.

»Attach the Battery as shown

to

charge.

• Charge lamps on the AC Adaptor will

flash and then turn solid green to

indicate current charge level. When all

3 lamps are constantly on, the battery

is full charged, (approx. 1 hour 20
minutes) Expect approx. I hour of

operation when fully charged.

* Remove the Battery.

Slide the Battery

out and then lift up.

About the Charge Lamps

• The three Charge Lamps “50%", “80%” and “100%” flash and then remain lit one after

another to indicate hpw mich the Battery has been charged. When all three lamps are lit,
charging is finished.

• The Charge Lamp give a good approximate indication of the charging condition under

normal ambient temperature. However, when charging at high or low temperature, it may

differ considerably from the actual charging condition.

• When you charge two Batteries, charging starts from Battery 1. At this time, the Charge

Lamps for Battery 2 show the remaining charge of Battery 2. (If the remaining charge is
less than 50%, no ChargeLamp is lit.)

About the Flashing of the Charge Lamps

• The flashing of all three Charge Lamps indicates that the temperature of the Battery or

the ambient temperature is too high or too low for charging. Charge the Battery at an
ambient temperature between 10°C and 30°C.

• When the Charge Lamps areflashing slowly:

The Battery is being charged, but charging takes longer than normally.

• When the Charge Lamps areflashing slowly:

Charging is not possible. Remove the Battery once and wait a short time, then re-attach it
again for charging.
