One-Touch Dialer
You can store a phone number in the IDIRECTI button. The stored number
is dialed with a one-touch operation.
The TALK indicator light must be off before programming.
To store a phone number in memory
1 Press I PROGRAM).

The TALK indicator flashes.
Save AUTO# ?

p Press SEARCH 0 (Next key).
^ Be sure that “Save DIRECT# i
displayed.
Q Press SEARCH @ (Yes key).
Enter a phone number up to 22 digits.
« If you misdial, press (CLEAR). Digits are
corrected from the right.

Press [ direct ! (save key).

o A long beep sounds and the number is
saved.
« The display will return to the stand-by
mode.
® To cancel during programming, press (EXITI or (PROGRAM), then start
from step 1.
® If a pause is required for dialing, press [REDIAUPAUSEI where needed.
Pressing IREDIAL/PAUSEI counts as one digit (p. 41).
To dial a stored number
1. Press (TALK].
2. Press (DiRECTl.
® The stored number is dialed.
« To erase a stored number
Press (PROGRAM) o SEARCH 0 (Next key) o SEARCH 0 (Yes key)
