^ Using the Caller List
Storing the Caller List Information in the
Directory
You can store the caller’s name and number from the Caller List to the
directory.

search
! fv or a ) once to enter
the list.
Press (SEARCH] {v or a ) repeatedly to
search for the caller you want to store in
the directory.
—If the phone number requires editing,
make the required changes (p. 27).

Press (PROGRAM!.
Press (^n (YES key).
—Programming is complete and the
display shows “ saved ok ”.

If the caller information you want to store does not have name
information, just foMow the instructions on the display.
a) If you do not enter a name, press (F3]
{ no
key).
b) If you enter a name, press ( yes
key). Then enter the name {p. 34).
—When finished, press ( save
key).
Notes:
—If the display shows “MEMORY is
full ” in step 3. press ( clear
key) to erase other stored items from the directory (p. 39).
—If the display shows “ save error ", move closer to the base unit and
try again. If " save error " still remains, place the handset on the base
unit. Then reprogram from step 1.
