Recording from CDs (Only deck I )
Reccrding and CD piay auiomaticaily begin simultaneously.
Press deck 1 STOP/EJECT] and load the tape.
Load the tape with the side to be recorded facing upward.
Set [SELECTOR] to “CD”.

Press CD EJECT] and insert the CD.
Make sure the total piay time is displayed before proceeding to
the next step.
Press to start recording.
PLAY] is also depressed with [® ial^].
CD play starts simultaneously.
To stop the recording:
Press p/^ STOP/EJECT],
(CD does not stop.)
To pause recording:
Press [IB PAUSE],
(CD does not stop.)
To resume recording, press p PAUSE] again.

1. Program desired tracks (refer to steps ^ to O on page 12) after
step ii.
2. Press [® ] to start recording.
PLAY] is also depressed with EH].
e When CD play is finished:
CD automatically stops (the cassette keeps recording).
6) When the tapes reaches to the end:
Recording stops but CD keeps playing (the track may be inter-
iTjpted).
To continue recording on the other side of the tape, remove the
tape, turn it around, install it again, and start recording once more.
To contimie recording a different CD on the same cassette:
© When recording of first CD is finished, press p/± STOP/EJECT]
to stop the tape.
® Replace the CD and display the play time.
(D Press [® 05^1 to start recording.
@ When recording of second CD is finished, press p/±; STOP/
EJECT] to stop the tape.
