Maximum Duty Broom

Assembly Instructions – Wrap-Around Bracing

Tools Needed for Assembly:

-7/16” wrench (two)

Parts Shipped with Unit:

-Head with bristles
-Aluminum handle with vinyl grip (not shown)
-Wrap-around braces (set of 2)
-Bolt bag

Assembly Instructions for Handle:

1. Slide slotted end of handle onto aluminum head.
2. Align holes and insert medium sized bolt. Do not tighten until all

hardware is in place.

Wrap-Around Brace Instructions:

1. Align holes of wrap-around end of braces with the handle and insert

the longest bolt.

2. Align holes of flat end of braces with holes on head assembly, as

shown, and insert the two shortest bolts.

3. Start all loc nuts on bolts. Use wrenches to tighten, being careful

not to over-tighten. Over-tightening may result in crushing the
handle, thereby compromising its strength.

Assembly Instructions for Brush Replacement:

1. On one end of broom head, remove the two screws

and end cap.

2. Holding broom securely, pull out each row of bristles.

NOTE: This may require some effort, as bristles

are tight.

3. Make sure bristle channel(s) are clean.
4. Slide replacement bristle(s) into channel. Light

tapping with a hammer may be required.

5. Replace end caps and screws.
