Roller Squeegee
Single-Ribbed Style, Wrap-Around Bracing
Assembly Instructions
Parts Shipped with Unit:
ƒ Head assembly
ƒ Aluminum handle (not pictured)
ƒ Wrap-around brace (set of 2)
ƒ Bolt bag
ƒ Hook hardware bag
Tools Needed for Assembly:
ƒ 7/16” wrench (two)
ƒ 1/2” wrench
If Roller Squeegee comes without a protective cardboard tube, proceed to
Handle Instructions.
If Roller Squeegee comes with a protective cardboard tube, follow these
instructions:
1. DO NOT attempt to remove the tube by cutting.
2. On one end of roller, using a 1/2” wrench, remove the hex head bolt, loc
washer and axle.
3. Slide off cardboard tube.
4. Replace axle, loc washer, and bolt as shown. Tighten.
Handle Instructions:
1. Slide slotted end of handle over center hole on aluminum head.
2. Align holes and insert middle sized bolt. Do not tighten until all hardware is
in place.
3. Place hanging hook on label side of handle. Hook should be positioned so
squeegee can be hung, with roller head up, for drying or storing.
Wrap-Around Brace Instructions:
1. Align holes of flat end of braces with holes on head assembly and insert
the two shortest bolts.
2. Align holes of wrap-around end of braces with the handle, as shown, and
insert the longest bolt.
3. Start all loc nuts on bolts. Use wrenches to tighten, being careful not to
over-tighten. Over-tightening may result in crushing the handle, thereby
compromising its strength.
