Assembly of Rack

Begin assembly of the rack by placing the top
plate on the floor, top side down. Position the
main rack assembly on the top plate aligning
the mounting holes of the top plate with the
holes in the brackets on the main assembly.
The hitch bar and the auto lock mechanism
need to be positioned on the same side of the
rack. Make sure the cable lock can be
accessed after the top plate has been secured.
Place the lock washers on the 5/16 bolts and
thread them through the brackets and into the
top plate.

If your rack is the 1.25” model you will need
to assemble the 1.25” hitch bar. Place the
rack on the floor so that the hitch bar is point-
ing up. Place the 10mm washers on the 10mm
bolts. Attach the 1.25” bar to the hitch bar by
inserting the 10mm bolts with washers through
the hitch bar, then through the 1.25” bar.
Secure with the 10mm lock nuts.

Place the straps on the bike arms and the
anti-sway cradles.

Tighten all bolts securely.
