e-mail and receive an answer within 24 hours.
Unlike many competitors’ PCs, all Compaq Presario
PCs have a 1 year limited hardware warranty and 90
day technical support.
PC Security
Every Presario PC has protection from viruses, spam
and spyware out of the box with preinstalled Norton
Internet Security 2005 AntiSpyWare Edition. Your PC
also includes 60 days of live updates, and after 60
days, you can update your subscription to help
protect your PC from future outbreaks

Each Compaq Presario is built with integrated
diagnostic tools which give you access to a new
security check via the preinstalled Help & Support
Center. The security check initiates more than 30
diagnostics to check the overall health of the system.
If a security threat is detected, easy, step-by-step
instructions are provided for removing it at no charge
as long as the customer owns the PC.
The PC Security Center Web site provides access to
dedicated real-time chat and e-mail response teams
specializing in security and support for Presario
customers

Presario customers can sign up for a virus solution
class with live Q&A session at www.hp.com and click

All Compaq Presario desktop PCs feature a built-in,
front access 9-in-1 memory card reader

including Microsoft Works, Microsoft Money5, Apple
iTunes, a DVD player and Norton Internet Security
