Maintenance

To ensure parts continue to move smoothly over time, periodically wipe off dust with a dry cloth and lubricate the chain with TAMA TOL2
tune-up oil. Occasionally apply grease to the thread of the adjusting T-bolts.

Adjusting the spring tension (Photo 4)
The spring tension can be adjusted to any of 5 levels. Turning the adjuster clockwise increases the spring
tension.

Swiveling Foot
It is a convenient feature to play using the twin pedal (sold separately). By loosening both T-bolt

2 and

square head bolt (A), you can rotate the tripod freely. It makes more space to set left pedal of twin pedal
unit. Please retighten both bolts fi rmly at desired position before playing.

Adjusting the bottom cymbal seat (Photo 5)
By tilting the bottom cymbal slightly, you can adjust the sound of the hi-hat cymbals.
By turning the adjusting bolt, you can tilt the bottom cymbal. Once you have achieved the desired sound,
tighten the lock nut of the bottom seat.

Adjusting the spikes (Photo 6)
To prevent slippage of the stand while playing, there are two spikes in the bottom of the frame. These
spikes can be extended as needed if the screws are turned clockwise.
