Press the desired H OT -K EY .
•
Repeat to assign another, or press A SSIGN H OTKEY to end.
To Select A New Bank
•
Press the B ANK S ELECT button.
•
Press a H OT -K EY from 1 to 10 to select the desired Bank Number,
OR
•
Use the S CROLL A RROWS to select the desired Bank.
•
Press E NTER to confirm selection.
OR
•
Press the B ANK S ELECT button to exit.
Note that the Bank Select operation will time out after a few seconds if no keys are pressed, and
return to the normal Cut display.
To Select the External or Internal Drive
•
Press the B ANK S ELECT button.
•
Press the “E” Key (H OT -K EY 13) to select the External Drive.
•
Press the “I” Key (H OT -K EY 18) to select the Internal Drive.
Note that the EXTERNAL DRIVE item in the CONFIGURATION Menu must be ENABLED.
To Create and Edit a Playlist
•
Press the P LAYLIST button.
•
Press the H OT -K EY you wish to use as the first entry.
•
Press additional H OT -K EYS for subsequent Playlist entries.
•
When all entries have been made, press E NTER to conclude the list.
•
Use the S CROLL A RROWS to scroll back to the START OF PLAYLIST.
•
Press E NTER to change the Playlist type.
•
Select MANUAL STEP or FOLLOW ON using the S CROLL A RROWS .
•
Press E NTER to confirm your choice.
•
The Playlist is now complete, and may be reviewed with the S CROLL A RROWS , or
auditioned with the P LAY button.
•
Press E NTER to set the Playback Pointer to the currently displayed Step.
•
To insert a new Step into the Playlist, use the S CROLL A RROWS to select the position
within the list, then press a H OT -K EY to add the new Step.
•
To remove a Step from the Playlist, use the S CROLL A RROWS to select the Step, then
press C ANCEL to remove it from the list. Press E NTER to confirm, or C ANCEL .
•
To append a Step to the end of the Playlist, S CROLL to the end of the list and press
additional H OT -K EYS to add additional Steps.
MENUS AND MENU OPTIONS
Default values are UNDERLINED. All settings are saved on disk and restored on power up.
