Forwarding Table Configuration Menu
The Forwarding Table Configuration Menu allows you to view and modify
forwarding table parameters. The MAC address of each forwarding table
entry is displayed along with its type, disposition, and associated port
number. Select a from the Switch Configuration Menu to view the
Forwarding Table Configuration Menu. Figure 3-7 shows the Forwarding
Table Configuration Menu and the accompanying table describes the
Forwarding Table Configuration Menu.

Field Description
MAC Address MAC address for the listed port.
Type Displays the type of address entry: system, dynamic or static.
Disposition Displays disposition of the address entry: local, forward or dis-
card.
Port ID Displays the port number associated with the MAC address
entry.
Port Name Displays the administrative name assigned to the port.
