Assembly Steps

Channel Connector to Top Center Tube

1. Place the Channel Connector (C) on the Top Center Tube (A) with mating holes aligned.
2. Insert one 5/16-18 x 2 ½” Hex Head Bolt (J) with Flat Washer (L) into each of the two aligned holes.
3. Place one Flat Washer (L) and 5/16-18 Lock Nut (K) on the threaded portion of the Hex Head Bolt (J).

Finger tighten only for now.

Channel Connector to Bottom Center Tube

4. Insert the Bottom Center Tube (B) into the Channel Connector (C) and align the mating holes.
5. Insert one 5/16-18 x 2 ½” Hex Head Bolt (J) with Flat Washer (L) into each of the two aligned holes.
6. Place one Flat Washer (L) and 5/16-18 Lock Nut (K) on the threaded portion of the Hex Head Bolts (M).

Tighten using two 1/2” or adjustable wrenches.

7. Using the wrenches tighten the two /16-18 x 2 ½” Hex Head Bolts (J) between the Connector (C) on the

Top Center Tube (A).

Wall Support to Top Center Tube

8. Assemble the Wall Support (D) to the Top Center Tube (A) by inserting the short leg of the Top Center

Tube (A) into the u-shaped bracket of the Wall Support (D). NOTE: The Wall Support (D) should be
oriented so the 4 holes in the 1” wide face point toward the Channel Connector (A).

9. Insert one 5/16-18 x 2 ½” Hex Head Bolt (J) with Flat Washer (L) into the aligned holes.
10. Place one Flat Washer (L) and 5/16-18 Lock Nut (K) on the threaded portion of the Hex Head Bolt (J).

Tighten using two 1/2” or adjustable wrenches.

Strap Brackets to Wall Support

11. Place one Strap Bracket (H) against the 1” wide side of the Wall Support (D) aligning the two sets of

mating holes. NOTE: The Strap Bracket (H) should be oriented so the angled face with 5 holes is
pointing toward the Channel Connector (C).

12. Using a No. 2 Phillips screwdriver thread and tighten one No. 10 Pan Head Screw (I) through each of

the two aligned holes.

13. Repeat Steps 12-13 for the second Strap Bracket (H) on the opposite end of Wall Support (D).

Floor Support to Bottom Center Tube

14. Assemble the Floor Support (E) to the Top Center Tube (A) by inserting the free end of the Bottom

Center Tube (B) into the u-shaped bracket of the Floor Support (E). NOTE: The Floor Support (E)
should be oriented so the edges of the u-shaped bracket roughly follow the edges of the Bottom Center
Tube (B).

15. Insert one 5/16-18 x 2 ½” Hex Head Bolt (J) with Flat Washer (L) into the aligned holes.
16. Place one Flat Washer (L) and 5/16-18 Lock Nut (K) on the threaded portion of the Hex Head Bolt (J).

Tighten using two 1/2” or adjustable wrenches.
