CART/DOLLY FOR PLUMESAFE ® WHISPER ™ TURBO
INSTRUCTIONS
The installation of the TURBO Cart onto the Buffalo Filter
® PlumeSafe ® Whisper ®
TURBO Smoke Evacuator System is easy to perform.
CAUTION: Before installation be sure that the Whisper TURBO Smoke
Evacuation System is turned off and the electrical plug disconnected.
Please follow these instructions for installation of the TURBO Cart:
1. Remove the four rubber feet from the bottom of the Whisper TURBO. Use a
1/8” allen wrench to remove bolts. The rubber feet with the bolt will stay
together as each rubber foot is removed.
2. Remove the bolts from the rubber feet and discard the 4 bolts.
3. Place the Whisper TURBO on the TURBO Cart with the rubber feet between
the cart and the Whisper TURBO bolt holes.
4. Using the 1-1/4” bolts provided with the TURBO Cart, insert each bolt through
the TURBO Cart base, through the rubber foot and into the Whisper TURBO.
Tighten the bolts using the 1/8” allen wrench. Be sure to tighten all four
bolts evenly. Do not over-tighten.
5. The Whisper TURBO Smoke Evacuation System is now ready to be returned
to service with the attached TURBO Cart.
